Sponsored Residential Services (SRS) offer individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in safe, supportive, and family-like home environments. As a Sponsor, you provide the care, structure, and compassion needed to help someone thrive—right in your home.
What Sponsors Provide:
- Support with daily living skills (ADLs/IADLs)
- Community access: transportation, shopping, dining, recreation
- Positive behavior support and skill-building
- Health monitoring and medication support
- General and safety supports
- A stable, nurturing environment for one or two individuals

- Thorough onboarding with local, state, and federal background checks
- Required training in Human Rights, Mandated Reporting, Infectious Disease Control, and more
- Certifications in Medication Management, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Wave
- Ongoing support and coordination with CSBs, case managers, and providers
- Medicaid-authorized services through the Community Living (CL) waiver
